Kitchen and Dining Room Remodel

This home originally had a large stone fireplace open to both the great room and kitchen area, windows along the North Side of the home on each side of the hood, a 12’ long wall dividing the kitchen from the dining area with 20 year old hard wood throughout. We demoed the fireplace, and installed a new Gas insert, demoed the hardwood floors and installed new Porcelain tiles on top of a complete duel zoned heated floor system, installed all new cabinets and countertops with led lighting throughout. We added new can lights, all new fixtures over the islands, installed pop up receptacles in the islands, installed an additional sink and water lines for the sink and under counter ice maker. His couple loves to entertain and this propject gave them a gorgeous open and inviting feel.
